Durham Bird Tours are pleased to offer the following services:

Target species such as Black Grouse, Red Grouse and Red Kite.

Tuition can be provided, ranging from basic bird identification to digital imaging and photography.
Durham Bird Tours was founded in 2005 by David Brown, who has good experience of birdwatching in County Durham, Cleveland and Northumberland. Other counties have also been visited throughout the UK when looking to add to the life list, chasing the odd rarity or when on family holidays.
In addition to Dave, Mike Irvin will also be part of the team. Mike has over thirty years of experience in birdwatching, throughout the UK and abroad. He has also worked for the RSPB, where he has been employed as a warden for the Bishop Middleham Bee–eaters and various Hen Harrier Projects |
