| Colin and Susan Smith have lived in Norfolk for most of their lives and are keen wildlife enthusiasts. They have
travelled to many areas in the UK and overseas. In recent years they have been
using the internet to arrange their own guides. This has proved to be a far more
flexible and economic way to see wildlife and wild places.
In some instances it has been difficult to find guides and although the
internet usually came up with the solution it can
be time consuming, hence the web site.
We have tried to encourage as wide a range of wildlife activities as possible to give a broader appeal.
- Birdwatching - day trips or long weekend
- Fungi Forays
- Deer safaris
- Wild flower walks
- Bat watching
- Moth trapping evenings
- Whale and Dolphin watching
- Marine birdwatching
These are just a few examples
We are limiting the site to the UK at present but hope to expand this to other areas of the world in the near future.
There are some excellent wildlife tour operators out there offering fully guided tours. We are not trying to compete with them. Our aim is to give the professional guide and knowledgeable amateurs the chance
to show people around their local patch.
